I am a Realtor in the Houston Texas area. I specialize in new homes. I rarely get involved in the purchase of a used house, but my clients usually have a house to sell so that they can buy new. I get the old one sold so the new one can be bought. It is rare that someone can carry 2 houses. I haven't missed a new home closing yet. I set this blog up to help clients and prospective clients plan their moves. My idea is that I will be able to share some of the sticky issues I have run across so that others might benefit.
